Yousef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash

Yousef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash is a visionary leader with impressive credentials and invaluable expertise in strategic planning, real estate development, and the financial & investment banking sectors.

As well as being Chairman of Quara Holding, he founded:

• Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company: Chairman of the Board since its establishment in 1994.
• Bank Alkhair – Bahrain: Chairman of the Board since its establishment in 2004.
• Saudi Home Loans Company (SHL): Chairman of the Board since its establishment in 2008.
• AlKhair Capital Saudi Arabia: Chairman of the Board since its establishment in 2009.

Additionally, he is the founder, partner, and manager of many other entities inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that operate in various real estate and financial activities.

Yousef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law (sharia) from Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (1990), a Diploma in Law and Legal Proceedings from the Institute of Public Administration (1992), and a Diploma in Banking Studies from the Banking Institute at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) (1994).
